Who we are...Born and raised in Blairsville Georgia, Josh went on to live in Cobb County where he worked for a general contractor. He started out with a shovel and learned the trade of storm water management. He progressed to operating the machinery, managing the crews, and eventually became superintendent, contracting for the county in storm water and parks work in both residential and industrial areas. After 20 years of working in infrastructure grading in Cobb County, Josh's family had grown. He and his wife, Rebekah made the decision to move back to the mountains to raise their family. Having been raised right here in Panther country, Josh understands the slopes and hills and mountains on which many homes are built in the tri-state area, and having worked extensively within city infrastructure, Josh also has a keen understanding of what it takes to accommodate industry and work with engineering and architectural plans for large scale grading needs. As a result, Conley Contracting, LLC was established in 2018 as a family company you can trust, whether it is with your personal property or large-scale industrial work.
